We want you to be completely satisfied with your travel gear, which is why we offer a 100-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items and luggage with activated smart features are subject to specific return conditions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 14 days of the item reaching our warehouse.
